X-Pac VX21
X-Pac® VX21 is a high-performance laminated technical fabric originally developed for competitive sailing. It consists of multiple layers: an abrasion-resistant 210-denier nylon outer face, a recycled polyester X-PLY® reinforcement, a waterproof membrane, and a polyester taffeta backing. This fabric offers an ideal balance of lightness, durability, and waterproofness (withstanding over 13 bars of pressure).
Manufactured in a carbon-neutral facility powered by 100% renewable energy, VX21 incorporates post-consumer recycled polyester, significantly reducing its environmental impact.
ECOPAK EPX200
ECOPAK™ EPX200 is an innovative, eco-friendly technical fabric made from 100% recycled polyester. Designed to replace traditional petroleum-based fabrics, it is certified recycled, free from volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and helps significantly reduce textile waste.
Its multi-layer structure makes it ideal for backpacks, pouches, and travel accessories: it offers excellent water resistance, remarkable durability, and a reduced environmental footprint.
ECOPAK EPLX600 MultiCam®
ECOPAK™ EPLX600 is a high-tenacity (600d) polyester fabric, laminated with a recycled film and featuring the official MultiCam® pattern. It delivers the same durability and hand-feel as classic 500d Cordura®, while being made from recycled polyester and a recycled reinforcement film.
This fabric is waterproof, highly resistant to abrasion (2000 cycles) and tearing, and is treated with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish.
Cordura® re/cor™ 1200D
Cordura® re/cor™ 1200D is an ultra-durable fabric made from high-tenacity recycled PET yarn (high-tenacity recycled PET yarn is a technical polyester derived from recycled plastics, combining high mechanical performance with environmental responsibility, ideal for robust, long-lasting, and sustainable textiles), and is GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified. It offers superior tear and abrasion resistance compared to standard recycled PET fabrics, while maintaining the signature lightness and flexibility of Cordura®.
This fabric can be further enhanced with functional treatments (waterproofing, eco-friendly laminates, etc.) to suit any application, making it perfect for tough, durable accessories.
210d EXTREEMA® Mini-Gridstop
210d EXTREEMA® Mini-Gridstop is a lightweight yet robust technical fabric, reinforced with a mini-grid pattern for increased tear resistance. It is made from high-tenacity nylon fibers, often sourced through responsible manufacturing processes.
Its gridstop structure provides an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, making it ideal for travel and outdoor accessories.
UltraGrid™
UltraGrid™ is the world’s first recycled nylon gridstop fabric, integrating Ultra™ (UHMWPE, also known as Dyneema® or Spectra®) yarn for exceptional tear resistance-15 times stronger than steel by weight.
Made from pre-consumer recycled 210d nylon, UltraGrid™ is finished with a fluorocarbon-free (C0 DWR) durable water repellent, free from persistent toxic substances. It also features a waterproof PU coating (1500 mm).
TX50 Ultra™
TX50 Ultra™ is an ultralight, high-performance composite fabric designed specifically for technical bags and accessories. It consists of three layers: a high-tenacity 50-denier triple ripstop polyester outer face, a 45° Ultra™ CrossPly reinforcement for outstanding stability and tear resistance, and a waterproof PET film.
This fabric delivers exceptional durability despite its thinness, excellent abrasion resistance, and complete waterproofness (over 13 bars of pressure), while remaining extremely lightweight (82 g/m²).
TX50 Ultra™ is part of an eco-conscious approach, being made from polyester-a recyclable material-and designed for longevity. Its white color also allows for custom printing without excessive dye use.
